Zambia’s controversial Cybersecurity law.

In April 2018 Zambia introduced the Cybercrimes and Cybersecurity Bill and approved for review in August 2018.

Controversially, the draft Bill provides penalties of up to one year in prison, monetary fines, or both, for "any electronic communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person,"; which could be used to crackdown on legitimate online expression.
